Adele Holds First Concert in London in Four Years

Beyonce, Idris Elba, Dua Lipa, Emma Watson and Naomi Campbell are among the A-listers who attend the ‘Easy on Me’ songstress’ show at the London Palladium.

AceShowbizAdele played her first concert since 2017 in London on Saturday, November 6 – and her guest list included Beyonce Knowles, Idris Elba and Dua Lipa.

The “Hello” hitmaker and her boyfriend, top American sports agent Rich Paul, were spotted exiting the London Palladium after the show.

Other famous fans in the audience included Brits Emma Watson, Richard E. Grant, Olly Alexander, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Naomi Campbell, former Spice Girls star Mel B a.k.a. Melanie Brown, Grime artist Stormzy, Boy George and David Tennant.

American stars Bryan Cranston and Samuel L. Jackson and Canadian “Schitt’s Creek” actress Catherine O’Hara also turned out for the big night.

The concert was filmed for an ITV special, titled “An Audience with Adele”, which will be broadcast on 21 November.

The star’s last live show was at London’s Wembley Stadium in July, 2017, but she did not complete her dates at the fabled venue, cancelling her last two gigs due to vocal chord damage.

Last month, Adele also threw a concert in Los Angeles, California. Hosted by Oprah Winfrey, the intimate event was taped outside the Griffith Observatory on October 24 for an upcoming CBS special “Adele One Night Only”. It will broadcast on Sunday, November 14, at 8:30-10:30 P.M. ET/8:00-10:00 P.M. PT and will also be available live and on-demand on Paramount+.

The Grammy Award-winning artist reportedly threw F-bombs during the show, which was attended by her ex-husband Simon Konecki and their son. For the taping, the 33-year-old singer wore a tight mermaid dress, a fashion choice that she seemed to regret. “She couldn’t sit down in it and made it a thing,” a source told Page Six. “She was throwing F-bombs all around. Hilarious.”

As for the celebrity guests at the L.A. event, they reportedly included Drake, Kris Jenner, Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi, Lizzo, James Corden, Sarah Paulson, Gordon Ramsay and Gayle King.
