Cara De La Hoyde has stripped naked to show off her post-partum belly just days after welcoming her second child.
The 30 year old gave birth to her second child — and first daughter — with husband Nathan Massey, 28, on Tuesday.
Love Island winner Cara has now returned to Instagram to strip almost completely naked in an inspiring post with her 1.1million followers.

Posing after arriving back at home, she wraps an arm around her chest to avoid exposing her breasts and models only a pair of feather print pants.
With her bump still visible in the candid post, she captioned it: "The reality of having baby [sic]."
Announcing her happy news earlier this week, Cara wrote: "She's here and home.
"We are both want to say a massive Thankyou to all the amazing ladies who looked after us @darent_valley_hospital over the last few days [sic]"
She continued her post, which saw her sharing a glimpse at her tot's hand: "Thankyou for all your messages that have kept me going [sic]."
On Wednesday she exposed the reality of being a new mum as she snuggled up to her newborn daughter and two year old son Freddie-George in a photo taken in her hospital bed.

She wrote: "I may look absolutely shattered but I'm so in [red love heart] right now.
"P.s reality of a new mum bleeding, back ache, sore nipples & still looking pregnant no one tells you these bits (but it's so worth it)."
