Gemma Collins proudly flaunts 3-stone weight loss in sizzling gym wear snap

Gemma Collins may be one of the most recognisable names and faces to emerge from reality television and she is certainly taking it in her stride.

The Essex native has documented her highs and lows with the nation through social media and her television appearances, now, she is happily parading her staggering weight loss achievements.

Gemma, 40, has been open with her weight struggles, telling Piers Morgan that when she's happy she eats and when she is sad, she turns to food.

The former The Only Way Is Essex sensation has now taken to her Instagram Grid, happily posing in her activewear as she flashed her midriff and ever-shrinking waist.

Posing against a white wall, Gemma radiated happiness as she placed her hands on her hips after slipping into a pair of skin-tight leggings, highlighting her shrinking frame.

The blonde bombshell opted to wear a bright pink vest top which perfectly hugged around her slimmed-down torso before tying a knot just above her belly, revealing her mid-riff.

Gemma proudly stood with her bare arms on full display as she made sure to show off every part of her body following her dramatic transformation.

The former car saleswoman went for a full glamourous look for her latest snap, using a touch of highlight and contouring on her cheeks to give an extra glow.

She went on to add a hint of shine to her plump pout with a shimmer of lipgloss while her peepers stood out from the bronze smoked eyeshadow.

Her blonde locks were styled into loose waves, resting on her shoulder while being extended with a high-top ponytail.

Gemma's candid post comes just hours after she shared her story with journalist Piers Morgan on his Life Stories series.

During the emotional chat, Gemma revealed that she dreaded her first television appearance ever rearing its head.

The GC first appeared on screens back in 2000 on the ITV show, Snobs.In it, a fresh-faced youthful-looking Gemma could be seen talking in a posh accent, while cracking open a can of lager.

However, Gemma couldn't remember what the casting agent had said to her when she had attempted to carve a career in the showbiz industry over 20 years ago.

Piers was however on hand, saying: "She said that you have the charisma, but you were too fat."
