A GEORDIE Shore star looked unrecognisable before surgery and lipo in a throwback pic – can you guess who it is?

The reality TV favourite was pictured alongside co-star Sophie Kasei in a sweet tribute to her on her Instastories.

The star in the photo is  Marnie Simpson in her early days of fame.

Marnie has been open about being a fan of plastic surgery, having had at least two nose jobs, two boob jobs as well as lip fillers, bum-filler injections and liposuction among other non-surgical procedures.

She looked unrecognisable with her fresh-faced look as the natural beauty posed alongside her best pal with vibrant red hair.

Since the days of her cosmetic procedures, Marnie has appeared to have done a u-turn and ruled out going under the knife again.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Marnie said that she was left "really affected" by two women dying after having the controversial Brazilian butt-lift surgery.

She admitted it made her: "Scared to ever do it again myself. Surgery is just too risky."

Meanwhile Marnie gave fans a glimpse of how she and her growing family spent Christmas in Abu Dhabi.

The 29-year-old, who is expecting her second baby with fiance Casey Johnson, jetted off to the United Arab Emirates for the festive season with their son, Rox, and some family friends.

Pregnant Marnie shared snaps of their action packed holiday including the many visits to their hotel swimming pool.

Son Rox, two, splashed about confidently and helped their family friend's child get confident in the water.

The couple started off their day with waffles and Nutella in bed before spending the day at the Emirates Park Zoo.

It was there they tried their hand at feeding camels and donkeys, staring in awe at the fish in the aquarium before heading back outside to watch a live seal show.

At one point, the toddler wanted to hand one of the monkeys his toy car as they watched each other through a window.

The parents treated Rox to an ice cream and later stopped at a luxury cake shop before heading back to their hotel.
