Holly Hagan shows off toned bum and abs after losing 16lbs in 12 weeks

Geordie Shore babe Holly Hagan has taken to Instagram to show off her impressive body transformation after signing up to a gruelling gym routine.

The MTV babe has been following an intense 12 week plan in the bid to trim down.

In a candid post Holly opened up about her insecurities and how she realised she needed to change up her diet towards the end of 2019.

Posting to her 3.8 million followers, the starlet went make-up free as she donned a tiny pair of knickers and sports bra for her before and after pics.

Holly bravely captioned the shots: "I’ve been so nervous to post these because this has been so much more than just looking thinner.

"I’m not saying 'go do this and you’ll get my body' I’m simply showing my results from 12 weeks hard work at the gym.

"12 weeks, 16lb down and I can honestly say that Real Life Health and Fitness has changed my life.

"I still have a long way to go and so many more fitness goals to hit but I feel confident that I’ll get there."

Explaining her reasoning for wanting to get into shape, Holly went on to reveal how gorging on fast food left her with poor mental health.

"The picture on the left isn’t bad but my lifestyle at the time was," she continued.

"Three takeaways a week, zero exercise and by zero I mean literally walking to the fridge and back.

"My mental health was bad, I struggled to sleep, I had anxiety and zero motivation to do anything.

"I can’t believe I can now do full press-ups, lift heavy weights and feel confident in any gym."

Revealing how she's not had to cut out the things she loves the most in terms of her diet, Holly gushed: "What shocked me the most is that I’ve done all this eating carbs, so many carbs.

"Daily pancakes and Cocopops, potatoes, rice everything.

"I’ve spent my entire life crash dieting, starving, binging, making myself ill when I didn’t need to."
