How much did Amy Roloff get for the farm?

LITTLE People, Big World star Amy Roloff sold 32 acres of Roloff Farms to her ex-husband Matt in August 2020.

Here is what we know about the deal.

How much did Amy Roloff sell her portion of the farm for?

An Oregon court exclusively confirmed to The Sun that Amy sold 32.28 acres of land at the Roloff Farms address for $975,000 on August 13, 2020.

Her ex-husband Matt took out a loan amount of $825,000 for the property exchange.

In June 2019, Amy sold a portion of the farm property to her ex-husband for $667,000, RadarOnline.com reported.

Matt’s divorce from Amy, who is the mother of his four children Jeremy and Zachary, both 30, Molly, 27, and Jacob, 23, was finalized in May 2016 after 30 years of marriage.

Selling over 32 acres to Matt comes after she accused him of “pushing” her of out Roloff Farms in a trailer for the season 22 of Little People, Big World.

How much is the farm worth?

According to Distractify, the farm itself was worth more than 1.6 million in 2018.

Despite her divorce from Matt, Amy still continued work on the family farm, which is estimated to bring in 30,000 visitors annually.

According to Distractify, the family also offers private tours of the farm for $300 a pop.

Furthermore, Cafémom confirmed that venue is also available for events as well.

They report that, for a rental fee of $850, it's available for weddings for up to 25 guests (small affairs only).

For a slightly cheaper fee of $200 per hour, people can rent space on the farm for other private events, like family reunions or company picnics.

Yet, the biggest money spinner for the farm is the pumpkin season during Halloween.

Open to the public for a $15 per adult admission, people can check out the residence and take part in activities.

How much does Amy Roloff make per episode?

Amy has been on Little People, Big World for 22 seasons, which began airing in 2006.

Though we don't know the exact payout, an agent told Business Insider that Amy probably makes about $7,000 to $10,000 per episode.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, the reality star is now worth an impressive $6 million as a result of her fame and fortune.
