Jason Momoa, 42, has been living in a van after suddenly splitting up with wife Lisa Bonet. The two announced a split earlier this month.

The couple had been married for 17 years when they announced that they would no longer be together.

It appears that Jason has been living in a Ford RV since the split, according to The Mirror.

The Aquaman star appeared raggedy and unkempt as he came out of the camper van which was parked outside his friend’s house.

The star was dressed in a ripped T-shirt, jeans, and dark glasses.

It’s unclear whether the Game of Thrones actor has officially moved out of his California house in which he used to live with Lisa and the pair’s two children.

A source close to Jason told The Sun that the actor has decided to sleep in his RV instead of a luxury hotel.

They said: “He stays in it quite often and has opted to sleep in there instead of getting a hotel on set so he can be by the beach.

“He’s really not a private jet, luxury resort kind of guy.”

The choice of abode, however, is still no doubt a luxurious motor vehicle.

The camper van is a custom model EarthRoamer XV-LTi 026 and reportedly cost him roughly $750,000 (£560,000).

The star took the vehicle to the Aquaman premiere back in 2018.

Jason met Lisa in 2005, six years before he rose to fame in his role of Khal Drogo in the HBO mega-hit show Game of Thrones.

The couple had two children, with their first, Lola, being born in 2007, and second, son Nakfa-Wolf being born in 2008.

Jason is also step-father to Lisa’s daughter Zoe Kravitz, who she shares with ex-husband Lenny Kravitz.

The pair released a joint statement on Jason’s Instagram account on January 12, in view of the actor’s 16.6 million followers.

They said: “We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… (sic)

“A revolution is unfolding and our family is no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring.

“And so we share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage.

“We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy – but so that – as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty.

“The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived,” they continued.
