Jimmy Fallon Teams Up Brendon Urie, The Roots For ‘Under Pressure’ Cover

Panic! At The Disco frontman, Brendon Urie teamed up with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots to perform a quarantine-style cover of Queen and David Bowie‘s 1981 hit song, “Under Pressure.”

In a refreshing turn on the classroom instruments special, the gang was geared up with “home instruments,” including the butter knife/wine glass, bottle, jar, bowl, pot lid played by Questlove, the frosting spatula/toaster by Black Thought, and even the frisbee by Dave Guy.

The end card of the video encouraged viewers to donate to the World Central Kitchen to “help provide fresh meals to communities in need.”

The 2-minute clip has garnered nearly 500,000 views since its release on YouTube on Tuesday, May 12. It also features more than 1,500 comments, a staggering portion of which are dedicated to Urie’s hair, which he has let down, as opposed to styled up.

“Oh ya know, just channeling Bowie and @QueenWillRock w/ @JimmyFallon and @TheRoots” Panic! At The Disco wrote alongside a link to the video on Twitter.
