Presenter Julia Bradbury, 51, filmed her daily walk today for her 156,000 Twitter followers. However, the star admitted she struggled to motivate herself to get outdoors this afternoon, as she was dealing with flu-like symptoms amid her breast cancer battle.
Going on a stroll in her pyjamas, Julia admitted that she felt she’d “sort of gone backwards this week” in her progress on the road to recovery following her mastectomy in October.
She said while recording her footsteps: “Hi everybody, I’m back in my pyjamas today.
“I’ve sort of gone backwards this week.
“I’ve been feeling better and stronger every week since my op, but this week I’ve got really flu-ey symptoms.”

“Hope you’re having a good weekend!
“I’m sending lots of love, don’t forget to get your outdoor time – it is so important,” she concluded.
