Lucie Donlan looked completely different in a photograph she shared on social media from her teenage years.

The 22-year-old TV bombshell, who shot to fame on reality show Love Island in 2019, took to social media to post some snaps as she told fans how she used to struggle with confidence.

Lucie, who is currently dating Winter Love Island star Luke Mabbott, spoke about being "unhappy" with the way she looked and felt when she was younger.

She shared a snap from her new Ann Summers collaboration as well as the blast from the past with her 1.7million followers on Instagram.

Alongside the picture collage, Lucie wrote: "I've never shared any photos from my teens because I've always been too embarrassed, but recently I've spoken out about this during my interviews launching the new range with Ann Summers.

"I really struggled in my teens with my confidence as I was very insecure about the way I looked."

The blonde bombshell then explained that she decided to make a change in a bid to feel confidence within herself.

She continued: "Because I was so unhappy about how I looked and felt, I changed my diet and way of life to feel happier.

"I exercised more, chose better food options and spent more time outdoors doing different activities!

"I started to only in the last couple of years to feel confident in my body, but like everyone I still have parts I'd love to work on," [sic] Lucie added.

She explained: "I used to cover up a lot and only feel comfortable in a long wetsuit when at the beach, but proud of myself to feel that I love my body so much now I've changed my lifestyle."

"I would only feel safe on the beach when I was in my wetsuit, so my skin wasn't on show.
