Made In Chelseas Maeva picks stunning wedding gown in magical moment
Made In Chelsea favourite Maeva D’Ascanio documented her outing to try on wedding dresses and revealed to her fans that she said yes to the dres" in what she described as a magical moment.
The reality star, 30, got engaged to partner and co-star James Taylor, 27, in April last year, when James got down on one knee during a romantic break away in Rome.
News of their engagement came a week after Maeva’s proposal to James was rejected by him in dramatic scenes aired on Made in Chelsea.
The couple went on to have their first baby together in November and now, wedding planning seem to be in full swing as she went to try on beautiful gowns in London.
In the video Maeva posted, she is first seen showing off her and her mum's incredible hotel room in central London before revealing all of the white dresses hanging at boutique P.S. Bridal in London.
The video then goes on to show Maeva trying on several beautiful options, including A-line dresses with tulle skirts that give off a boho vibe, as well as show-stopping Princess gowns.
She captioned the video: "What a magical moment ! Thank you @egerton_house for having us … oh and, YES ! I’VE FOUND THE DRESS !!!!! @psbridalstyling."
Watching his fiancée in the different dresses, James commented: "Oh wow, I’ve really picked a winner xx."
Another follower commented: "You will be beautiful no matter what… BUT, the full lace one with the cathedral veil, is stunning!!"
A second follower penned: "Wow you and your mum are the spitting image and you looked unreal in the lace one."
A third wrote: "So beautiful!! You will be so stunning on your wedding no matter what you have chosen, you're going to blow James away."
The mum and daughter duo was later seen celebrating the milestone moment, as they lounged in their white robes with glasses of champagne in their hotel room.
During a previous interview on FUBAR Radio in September last year, Maeva and James couple were asked by host Bobby Norris if they're filming their wedding, to which the mum-of-one replied: “We don’t know yet, we’ll see.”
James agreed, adding: “Yeah, we need to work that one out. I think a few family members are a bit camera shy… we don’t want to be reshooting the magic moment.”
The loved-up couple went on to reveal that they've decided on a venue for their wedding but are solely focusing on their baby son at the moment.
James then told Bobby that he and Maeva are "aiming for a Christmas 2023 wedding".
