Mark Wright spills on sex life with Michelle Keegan as he gives out bedroom tips
Michelle Keegan's husband Mark Wright has given his tips for how you can enhance your time in the bedroom, saying a healthy sex life can improve your mental health.
Mark, 34, has written a new lifestyle book which aims to help readers improve on all aspects of their life, including what goes on in between the sheets.
The former TOWIE star opened up about his own sex life with wife Michelle Keegan, although admitted it's "an embarrassing conversation to have".
He told The Sun: "I think having a healthy sex life is proven to help the mind and relieve stress. It all goes hand in hand.
"I can’t say you can’t have a good sex life if you don’t feel good in your body, but you’ll definitely have a better sex life if you do.
"If you’re feeling fit and you’ve got stamina, that helps your sex life. If you’re feeling toned and healthy, that will improve your sex life."
Michelle previously revealed that her radio DJ isn't bothered at all by her steamy sex scenes on TV, including on Our Girl and Brassic.
When asked by Heat back in 2016 about Mark's thoughts on her on-air romps, Michelle said: "No, he's not really bothered.
"We talk about roles I get offered, but he's more interested in the stories as a whole."
She added: "I've been with Mark for four years now so he's seen me kiss a lot of men on screen. He knows it's a job and that it's in the script."
Mark, who was released from League Two club Crawley Town after six months, has been working hard on his new fitness app TrainWright, which saw him stream workouts during lockdown in the pandemic.
Michelle has also been seen on social media getting involved with the work-outs, along with Mark's younger sister Natalya, in her home gym with Mark, before they started renovating their lavish Essex home.
