Fuel delivery drivers are facing abuse as they arrive at petrol garages across the country with staff forced to close the forecourts to allow them safe passage into the station. Fights have broken out at stations in London and Chichester as tempers flare over a shortage of fuel due to panic buying. Good Morning Britain was told some drivers have also been verbally attacked as they carry out their job despite the Government assuring the public there is no shortage in fuel.
