Weather correspondent Carol Kirkwood was updating BBC Breakfast viewers on the forecast for the coming days when presenter Jon Kay noticed a problem on the interactive map behind her. His co-host Sally Nugent hit out at Jon for highlighting the issue and reminded him Carol’s “had a very busy morning already” and has been “spinning a lot of plates”.
