The Masked Singer fans convinced Robin is Aston Merrygold after huge clue
The Masked Singer fans have stated that they believe the Robin is JLS Aston Merrygold within seconds.
The ITV guessing game show is back for its second season after Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts won it last year as the alias Queen Bee.
Kicking off series 2 was the Robin, a celeb dressed up as a Robin with a voiceover over their natural voice and only little clues into who they may be.
But just seconds into the Robin's performance fans were quick to say that they believe it is the former boy band member Aston.
For the first song, the Robin performed a rendition of Justin Timberlake's Can't Stop The Feeling.
Following the performance, viewers have rushed to their personal Twitter accounts to share their views that they think its Aston.
One tweeted: "Aston merrygold 100%."
Another fan reacted: "#robin Aston Merrygold surely?"
"Hey @AstonMerrygold great performance on #TheMaskedSingerUK." Tweeted one confident viewer who directly tagged Aston's official account.
However, despite Twitter believing it could be Aston none of the judging panel named him as a possible celeb behind the Robin.
Instead they listed Amir Khan, Dean Gaffney, Joe Wicks and Bruno Mars.
Along with guesses by the judges, consisting of Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall and Mo Gilligan.
