Ulrika Jonsson ready for ‘fun’ and ‘younger men’ as she explores dating options

Ulrika Jonsson definitely knows what she wants in life and it certainly isn't a man who is the same age her.

The 54-year-old former Gladiators presenter recently signed up for Celebs Go Dating in hope of finding new romance.

Having endured a number of complicated relationships in the past, she is now willing to be flexible when it comes to the age of potential future candidates.

In her experience, fella's who had previously fallen into her own age bracket had came across as "pretty f***ing dull" and that isn't what Ulrika wants right now.

The ex-ITV host explained that she now needed to have "fun" and therefore has given E4 matchmakers a "free reign" when it comes to the age department.

In an interview with the Mirror, the Swedish presenter said: "It's about the maturity of the person so I've kind of given them a little free rein in that department!

"I guess I've been slightly cautious of dating men my age because, from my experience, they seem to come across as pretty f***ing dull. I don’t want dull anymore, I want to have fun."

If Ulrika's Instagram is anything to go by then the blonde bombshell is certainly setting her inhibitions free.

The E4 star sent social media into a frenzy after she'd returned home from a wild night out on Friday and decided to share a number of sultry bathroom selfies with her 181,000 followers.

She explained to her fans that she'd had "too many cocktails" and was "under the influence" after hitting the town with TOWIE's Chloe Brockett.

After the booze-fuelled evening with her dating co-star, Ulrika decided to turn up the heat as she posed in just her bra in an at-home photoshoot – thrilling her loyal legion of admirers.

Later on in the evening, the television personality uploaded another candid snap – this time wearing a sassy fitted black nightie.

She captioned the evening display: "When you come home under the influence of alcohol, with a face of makeup on and you think you look cute but actually you're just p****d".

The following day the blonde was riddled with regret as she took to her story explaining that she'd suffered an almighty "hangover".

Ulrika penned: "Who the f**k invented hangovers? #askingforapiratefriend."
