Boxer and popular YouTube star Jake Paul was filmed attempting to encourage Tommy Fury to get into the ring with him for a boxing match, and he used the former Love Island star’s girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague to do it.
Teasing that the blonde beauty and social media influencer had once "slid into his DMs", Jake laughed as he was convinced the reference would be enough to rile Tommy up to fight, during an interview with ES News.
Claiming Molly-Mae had contacted him before she went on ITV2’s sun-soaked reality show, where she met Tommy, Jake’s flippant comment didn’t contain any details about the alleged exchange.
Initially discussing who he wanted to have a boxing match with next, Jake appeared in the street with a Fight Club belt draped over his shoulder.

Calling Tyson Fury’s younger brother "weak", Jake then slipped in: "Oh and Tommy's girlfriend DMd me before they were on that reality show.
"So it's your girl," the YouTuber laughed and then turned away from the camera.
Tommy, who has been in a relationship with Molly-Mae ever since they met on Love Island in the summer of 2019, is yet to respond to the requests.
Tommy and Molly-Mae have quarantined together throughout the coronavirus pandemic and various lockdowns in their swanky pad.
Tommy was regularly sharing videos and Instagram stories of him and his love, and made sure to shower Molly-Mae with a horde of gifts, decorations and cakes for her birthday in lockdown.
Jake’s goading comes in the wake of claims that his win against former UFC fighter Ben Askren was a fix.
Crowned the victor in his third professional boxing match, Jake’s result was questioned when Ben was later seen laughing with his wife as he left the ring to go backstage.
Hitting back at the comments, Jake posted on his social media: "Everyone saying the fight was rigged is tweeting off their moms WiFi."
