A PUBLICATION is claiming that a Channel 4 travel series will not be returning for a second season.

This comes as the broadcaster faces budget cuts and cancelled at least four popular shows this summer.

Now TV Zone has said that Strangers On A Plane will be next on the list.

The programme saw five strangers put together to see which of them can plan the best holiday.

Each competitor was tasked with planning the perfect day out while the group were abroad.

Every person tried to prove they were the best holiday maker while picking their choice of accommodation, activities, and dining venues for 24 hours.

The getaway lasted for five days, and at the end everyone would vote on who they thought planned the best day.

Winners got another week long holiday to soak up rays with a friend or family member – and Channel 4 footed the bill.

However, a TV outlet is now claiming that the show will not be renewed for a second season.

</picture>'APPY DAYS
