Baffled Coronation Street fans fume 'who does this?!' as they blast 'psychotic' moment in Alya cooking scene | The Sun
CORONATION Street fans have been left baffled after a 'psychotic' scene involving Alya.
Viewers of the long-running ITV soap tuned in on Wednesday evening for the latest episode.
During the show they watched as Alya prepared a meal ahead of her grandmother Yasmin's return from Pakistan.
To welcome her back with open arms, Stu decided he would cook a meal for the character, who is played by Shelley King.
However, fans were left stunned when Alya made a bizarre act while tasting Stu's creation.
She scooped some of the tomato sauce from the pot with a wooden spoon.

While a fourth commented: "Such strange behaviour."
Meanwhile, tonight's visit to Weatherfield won't be happening after ITV bosses cancelled tonight's episode.
The soap will return as normal on Monday night at 8pm.
