Strictly Come Dancing professional Vito Coppola has had to support celebrity partner Ellie Leach after she unveiled bruises from countless hours of rehearsals for Saturday’s show.
The 31-year-old took to his Instagram stories to tell his 235,000 followers about the blood, sweat and tears that really go on behind the scenes during training.
Vito appeared on camera as he asked Ellie, 22: “Can we show the upgraded version of your new bruises?”
The camera then panned on the actress and she showed off her shocking purple bruises on her arms and elbow.
She then lowered her leggings slightly and showed a big bruise on her hip, as Vito told her it was “worth it”.

The Italian dancer concluded: “So this is it from our dancing rehearsal moment, now we go back to what we’re doing.”
Despite visibly being in pain, Ellie said the iconic line from the show, “Keep dancing,” and the pair returned to rehearsals.
The duo will be performing a Charleston to Love Machine by Girls Aloud as they gear up for Blackpool week at the Tower Ballroom.
Vito and Ellie recently addressed rumours about their relationship after it was previously reported that the pair might be more than just friends.

The pair have been at the centre of speculation after sharing a series of triumphant kisses and gushing about one another on social media.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, the soap star insisted the pair are just friends as she clarified: “It was only a kiss on the cheek.
“He gives me a kiss on the cheek every Saturday! It was definitely on the cheek.”
Vito chimed in and said he was “a very, very, warm person,” who likes to give people hugs.
Ellie continued: “We really, really get along and we have a lovely friendship. I hope we can continue that.”
The former Coronation Street star admitted that Vito’s support has really allowed her self-belief to flourish throughout the course of the show.
