Britney Spears has been dancing on Instagram again – but has caused concern due to some worrying injuries.

The 41-year-old, who showed off her pole dancing skills in a skimpy pink bikini over the weekend, put on another racy display for her followers.

However, fans were quick to notice that Britney appeared to have hurt herself – and the timing pointed to one potential cause.

Only yesterday, the Toxic hitmaker was seen twirling a set of knives around while dancing in front of her pet dogs in the foyer of her California home.

Speculation is rife that poor Brit may have injured herself while moving around with the sharp objects, as she was seen wearing a white bandage on her arm.

Britney also appeared to have a cut on her right thigh and on her lower back in the new video.

She was wearing the same white boots, black choker and orange top with white polka dots that she had been wearing in the previous one.

Thankfully there were no butcher knives this time as the singer busted some moves in front of the camera, but she failed to mention her worrying new accessories.

She captioned the post: My ‘Pretty Woman’ top … kinda cool after my briefing on polka dots !!!! Swipe to see both !!!”

There were also a number of emojis, including two winky faces, two eye rolls, two monkeys covering their eyes and two disguises.

Earlier today, Britney was forced to calrify that the knives that she was dancing with were not real, but they may still have caused her some harm.

Her original caption read: “I started playing in the kitchen with knives today!!!

But she later added: “Don’t worry they are NOT real knives !!! Halloween is soon!!!”

Back in May, TMZ reported that Britney has a “fascination with knives” and that they should be kept away from her.

The outlet claimed that she had viewed knives as a form of protection during her conservatorship.

Britney has gone wild on Instagram since her estranged husband, Sam Asghari, 29, filed for divorce in August after 14 months of marriage.

He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split and is reportedly asking for spousal support from the performer and coverage for his legal fees.
