Loose Women’s Frankie Bridge shows off impressive abs in plunging crop top

Frankie Bridge wowed fans as she showed off her eye-popping physique in a tiny crop top.

The Saturdays singer, a busy mum of two boys, looked incredible as she sneaked in a work-out in her home gym. Sharing a shot of herself on Instagram, the Loose Women beauty joked that it had been so long since she had used her weights that “all the spiders have moved in”.

But it certainly didn’t look as if the little break had done Frankie any harm. The TV star looked absolutely stunning as she snapped a mirror selfie that showed her standing in front of her weights in skimpy black exercise gear that clung to every curve.

Skintight, the Lycra bottoms showed off her long legs, while the brief form-fitting crop top gave fans a peek at her killer abs and toned, tanned arms. White trainers completed her gym look.

Frankie, 34, was makeup-free for her exercise session and looked fresh-faced and natural as she got ready to sweat it out. Flashing a peace sign, she cocked her head to one side for the cute selfie.

She wore her bobbed brown hair loose and it just grazed her shoulders as she pouted at the camera. The star, who is married to footballer Wayne Bridge, has previously told how exercise is hugely important to her.

Frankie has been open about her struggles with mental health and has said she has battled depression and anxiety. Opening up to Women's Fitness last year, she said it was important to get moving.

The star said she was a big fan of walking and also knew how important it was to do weight training as she gets older. "Exercise plays a vital role in boosting my physical and mental health," she said.

"I can’t stress how massively important it is for me to do some type of activity as, not only does the sense of a routine – doing a class and so on – help me mentally, but the endorphins are also so important," the singer went on. "Nothing beats that high you get from exercise."
