Former EastEnders star Danniella Westbrook said she’s broken-hearted after being “cut out” by her youngest child Jodie, who’d said they shared a “healthy relationship” as recently as last year – but her daughter has now told her followers not to get involved.

Last week, 49-year-old Danniella penned a tribute to Jodie on Instagram, lamenting: “With all my heart, I miss my daughter.

“I Miss so many things we shared. But after the beautiful birthday I arranged for her 21st last year, within a month, I was once again with zero explanation cut out of her life.”

She continued: “It has broken my heart but I just hope she knows how proud I am to be her mother x And I love her always. X”

Some of her 125,000 followers rushed to Jodie’s page and commented on a stunning snap of the beauty, who looks a dead ringer for her mum when she was her age.

However, they weren’t met with the response they might have hoped for.

One urged: “Reach out to your mum. She loves and misses you. Life is too short!”

Jodie replied: “If you don’t know the situation please don’t comment, thank you.”

She responded in a similar way to another fan, who told her: “Reach out to your mum, please. She has said happy birthday to you on her Instagram.”

Jodie fired back: “You do not know my life… so please do not comment.”

Days after expressing her sadness that her daughter hadn’t been in touch, Danniella then posted a cryptic picture of Marilyn Monroe waving goodbye from a car, captioning it: “When someone blocks me & expects me to care. Bye C**t.”

Meanwhile, Jodie opened up about her earlier life to the Daily Star last year, claiming she’d grown up in the USA with businessman dad Kevin Jenkins.

At the time, Danniella was on British TV screens as EastEnders character Sam Mitchell, but despite the geographical distance, Jodie said the pair had kept in touch “as much as we can”.

“I grew up with my dad when she was on EastEnders, so I did MMA, I did jujitsu, I’m quite a tomboy,” she recalled.

She added at the time: “Nowadays, I have quite a healthy relationship with my mum and my dad, so it’s lovely, she’s doing really well.”

Jodie also shared that she’d experienced troll attacks, stalking and jealousy online due to her famous mother.

“Whether they’re Obama or Danniella Westbrook, you are going to get taunted for who your mum or dad is, because they’re in the limelight and people are jealous,” the influencer declared.
