GMB: First look at Holly Willoughby in Midsomer Murders
Holly Willoughby will make an early return to ITV’s This Morning to be interviewed by her fellow co-stars about her cameo role on Midsomer Murders.
The TV presenter isn’t yet expected to return to her presenting role on This Morning until September 4 but will be appearing back on screens as a guest.
Her brief return will be to promote her upcoming cameo which she has described as a “dream come true”.
Holly recently shared a preview of some of the behind-the-scenes footage that will air on This Morning tomorrow (Friday, August 25).
Taking to her Instagram, she wrote: “Thank you to the whole team at Midsomer Murders for making me so welcome and really looking after me… I loved every second.

Upon her return, Holly will host alongside Alison Hammond on Monday and Tuesday, before teaming up with Craig Doyle for the following two days.
Alison will then return to the show on Friday to present with Dermot O’Leary as per their usual slot.
Holly and Alison have hosted together on numerous occasions and has since been reported that the TV queen has insisted on the pair presenting together more.

A source told MailOnline: “To ITV bosses, Holly and Alison are the dream team and it also what Holly wanted and that is very important to those high up because they don’t want to lose her.
“It shows how much Holly means business when it comes to saving This Morning from the trauma it has endured since the whole Schofield scandal.
“She is determined to keep things going. Alison is in such demand across the whole television industry these days that it is impossible for her to commit to the show full time but Holly will do her very best to make sure they are together as much as possible.”
Alison and Josie Gibson have been presenting the ITV programme over the summer along with different members of the This Morning family.
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
