This Morning delivered blow as Cat Deeley returns to US show – despite being the frontrunner to replace Holly Willoughby | The Sun
CAT Deeley has returned to her hit US show in a new blow for This Morning after she was tipped to replace Holly Willoughby.
The presenter had impressed show bosses when she hosted the ITV show last month.
Cat, 47, fronted This Morning alongside Rylan Clark and Craig Doyle for three days as bosses continue to fill the void left from Holly Willoughby's departure.
Her appearance left viewers delighted as they commented how she had “breathed new life” into the show.
Cat hasn't been seen on British television in years after packing her bags in 2006 for Hollywood.
But producers' hopes of tempting her back on the sofa have been dashed as she's signed to present So You Think You Can Dance in America.

The hit show, which launched back in 2005, has been presented by Cat since season two.
It's due to return to US schedules in March.
In a recent interview Cat said her appearance was a 'one-off' but admitted she would have to "wait and see if anything more came of it".
A source previously told The Sun how This Morning bosses thought Cat could "steady the ship".
